Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data No Tie Generation Limited collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: I collect your name and email only to send what you asked for. No mailing list. No selling. No surprises.

Who I am

No Tie Generation Limited is the data controller for this website.
Registered in England and Wales, company number 05871516.
Registered office: Beechey House, 87 Church Street, Crowthorne, Berkshire, RG45 7AW, United Kingdom.
ICO registration number ZC259250.

What I collect and why

When you request the White Paper or the FIT 4 SAP questionnaire, I collect your name and email address. I use them for one thing: sending you what you asked for, and replying if you then contact me.

For the questionnaire, the lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract. For the White Paper, it is my legitimate interest in sending you a document you requested.

I do not add you to a mailing list, send newsletters or follow-ups, or use your details for marketing.

Who else handles your data

I use a small number of trusted services to run this website:

Kit (ConvertKit), which delivers the White Paper and questionnaire by email. Kit is based in the United States. Transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards under UK data protection law.

GoDaddy hosts this website on servers in Europe. It keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security, and adds its own monitoring script to every page, which shows it your IP address and browser on each visit. GoDaddy is a US company, so data can reach the United States. Its own privacy notice covers what it does with it.

I never sell or share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

How long I keep it

I keep your name and email as long as the law requires for business and tax purposes.

Cookies

I set no cookies of my own and use no advertising cookies. GoDaddy’s monitoring script, described above, sets three cookies of its own when you visit: _tccl_visitor, _tccl_visit and _scc_session. They are for GoDaddy’s traffic monitoring, not for me. The site works the same if you block or delete them in your browser.

When you send one of the forms, your browser moves on to Kit’s own confirmation page, where Kit’s privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy. Email info@NoTieGeneration.com and I will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. I would appreciate the chance to fix it first.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date at the top.
